Every user must read this document carefully before registering on the r bajji platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms described here.
General Information and Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all services on the r bajji platform. "Platform" refers to the r bajji website, mobile app and all related digital channels. "User" or "you" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses the platform.
By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.
r bajji reserves the right to change these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with the date of change clearly noted. Continued use of the platform after publication will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
Account Registration
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account at r bajji, the user must meet the following conditions:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must register under their own identity — opening an account under someone else's name or a false identity is strictly prohibited.
- A person may operate only one account.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete.
2.2 Account Security
It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. If any unauthorised activity is noticed on the account, r bajji's support team must be informed immediately. If a password is shared with a third party, the relevant user bears responsibility for any resulting loss.
2.3 Multiple Account Prohibition
If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, r bajji reserves the right to suspend or cancel all such accounts and to seize the balances, including any bonuses, held in them.
Age and Identity Verification
r bajji may at any time request a government-issued identity document (National ID card, passport or driving licence) to verify a user's age and identity. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time after a verification request, the account may be temporarily suspended.
r bajji reserves the right to restrict withdrawals until the identity verification process is complete. This process is in place to protect user data and ensure platform security.
Deposits and Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
r bajji currently accepts the following payment methods:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks)
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. Deposits below this amount are not accepted.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits are generally processed quickly. However, minor delays may occur due to technical issues or delays on the part of the payment provider. If a deposit does not reach your account, please contact the support team via live chat.
Withdrawals and Fund Transfers
5.1 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
5.2 Withdrawal Approval Conditions
Before approving a withdrawal request, r bajji verifies that:
- The account's identity verification has been completed.
- The wagering requirement for any active bonus has been met.
- There is no suspicious activity.
5.3 Withdrawal Rejection
If there is suspicion of a terms violation, incomplete identity verification or unusual activity on an account, r bajji may temporarily hold or cancel a withdrawal request and ask for additional information.
Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit at r bajji, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — before withdrawing, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be used in accordance with the specific terms of that promotion.
- Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before withdrawing from a balance that includes a bonus.
- If bonus abuse is detected (such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or placing artificial bets), the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- The specific terms of each promotion apply separately.
- r bajji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
6.3 Other Promotions
r bajji regularly runs additional promotions including a weekly reload bonus, slots bonus, cricket season offer, birthday gift and more. Each promotion has its own wagering requirement and validity period, which are detailed on the promotions page.
Betting Rules
7.1 General Betting Rules
When placing bets at r bajji, the individual rules of each game or sport apply. If a technical error causes a bet to show an abnormal result, r bajji reserves the right to cancel that bet and issue a refund.
7.2 Bet Cancellation
r bajji may cancel any bet for the following reasons:
- If an event is cancelled or postponed.
- If a technical error occurs in the provision of odds.
- If evidence of fraud or coordinated manipulation is found in a bet.
7.3 Prohibited Activities
Bonus abuse, match fixing, placing bets using software or bots, or placing opposing bets simultaneously from multiple accounts belonging to the same person are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed and legal action may be taken.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension by r bajji
r bajji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of terms and conditions.
- Registration using false information.
- Suspicious financial activity.
- Bonus abuse or fraud.
- Order from a court or legal authority.
8.2 Account Closure at User Request
If a user wishes to close their account, they can notify the support team via live chat or email. An opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance will be provided before the account is closed.
Responsible Gaming Policy
r bajji believes that betting and casino games should be enjoyed for entertainment purposes only. Under our responsible gaming policy, any user who feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life can request to set deposit limits, take a self-exclusion break or close their account entirely.
